Jenna Bayer brings eight years of intellectual property experience to the firm, including significant courtroom experience at the trials of several complex patent infringement cases.

With her characteristic “no-task-is-too-large” approach, Jenna assists with all aspects of litigation from inception through appeal. Among Jenna’s other responsibilities, she assists with the preparation, filing, service, and databasing of legal correspondence, discovery requests and responses, and legal briefs, pleadings and memoranda.

She has managed the electronic collection, processing, review, and production of multimillion-page document sets. Jenna is familiar with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the local rules of the numerous federal district courts in which the firms’ attorneys practice. She is also proficient with several litigation support applications as well as the federal Case Management/Electronic Case File (CM/ECF) systems, having used the latter to file thousands of pleadings and related litigation materials.

Jenna received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Loyola University in Chicago, where she also minored in Business and Psychology. She also received an ABA-approved Illinois Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies.

Jenna and her husband, Matt, are raising their family in Northwest Suburban Chicago.
